We absolutely love the Chili Rellenos con queso. I baked them in the oven on parchment paper and had the Trader Joe's frozen Mexican rice on the side. So yummy! We plan to pick up 6 more boxes when they come back in stock in June sometimes. I didn't care for the Papa Rellenas.

I really like the honeycomb candy! I thought it would be really hard to chew, but it’s kind of easy.

I bought the wooden flowers last year. Never used them, the ‘stems’ long sticks are too long the are not flexible so you can’t really arrange them. They are pretty, hence why I was drawn to them. Guess this time when my husband asked what are those and what are you going to do them… he was r ight. I ended up putting the in the donation bag. Adding essential outdoor to the wood petals would scent them but again the sticks are just to long.

The chicken nuggets are a staple in our house. They are the only ones I buy, and my kids love them. I freeze them and they come out great in the air fryer. It's hard to find organic chicken nuggets so I am very glad TJ's has them.

The Sicilian olive oil is delicious, fruity bright and peppery. Great in salads or for a nice pan fried chicken. Made a great chicken marsala

Papas rellanas is a Latin American dish well known in Cuba and Puerto Rico. But all latin american countries are aware of it. It is a shame that Trader Joes did not do it justice. Because when it is prepared correctly, it is very good.

Love the beef bulgogi from Trader Joes. I like it better than the Costco version. I can never find the kimbap at my location in Folsom, CA. Probably always gets sold out. 😄

I think the papas rellenas were just ok. More bell peppery flavor than meat. more potato than meat

We were just talking about the potato balls today at work. There's a restaurant in the Los Angeles area called Porto's. They make them there. So good! There is a copycat recipe online . So want to try to make some soon.

Papa rellenas are very popular in Puerto Rico, and I’m sure other Latin countries as well. But over there they are twice the size and filled with meat lol. Puerto Rico is such an underrated foodie destination. If you ever get the chance please go 🇵🇷
