Thank you for watching and commenting:) The tricky thing about protein powder is none of them are FDA regulated so it's hard to trust a company. I started out with whey protein and used Abbott EAS (since Abbott makes our hospital formulas, I figured it would be the safest brand). But, whey protein upset my stomach (bloating) a little, not because I have any allergies, it was just a little too concentrated for me. So, I switched to vegan protein powder and now use Plantfusion (I buy it on Amazon bc it's generally cheaper--> www.amazon.com/PlantFusion-Complete-Protein-Vanilla-Servings/dp/B0021FEMZG?th=1). The whey tastes better to me, but the vegan is more gentle on my GI:) I hope that helps! Let me know what kind you get!
