Dolma is actually one of the most loved traditional foods in Turkey and Greece .Im from Turkey and we make dolmas ourselves with the leaves we picked from grape trees.You should eat them warm with Greek yoghurt .Dip the dolmas in yoghurt you will love it!!! Loves from Turkey 💓💓💓

The best way to enjoy dolmas and how we traditionally eat them in Greece is by mixing some Greek yogurt with a little bit of olive oil, salt and vinegar and some dried spearmint. It's actually a tzatziki recipe without the garlic and the cucumber, but it's so fresh and light and it tastes awesome and it can be used with a variety of different recipes. You should try it.

When I was very young my mother and other women had ladies luncheons. And the old hearts of palm salad was always served if you wanted to be fancy and show off. I love hearts of palm. Kombucha is out of my range for food and beverage money. However, for myself and anybody else who can't afford it for a bottle of day you can use it as a gut shot and take a shot once or twice a day along with your probiotic and other fermented foods or alone and very good for you and your gut.

Heart of Palm... yum!! A Brazilian friend introduced those to me almost 20 years ago, and I am so grateful. They are a staple in my house!

I like the organic chia seed bars, dried fruit (Just Mango slices for example), individual Greek yogurt cups (sweetened with honey)

I've been buying the seeded crisp breads for years! Delish! And I use the G.F. one! Also hearts of palm are yummy! Had them the 1st time several years ago at a French restaurant. Delicious cold in salads chopped up or warmed and eaten as a veggie side dish ❤

I know it seems so simple but what I enjoy most is when you take simple, basic ingredients or products and give basic, down-to-earth, everyday quick ideas so I really appreciated you showing picture of how you apply these things into your everyday life. That is what I love most about your channel! How can I take one ingredient or basic thing and make it easy and versatile!

Growing up in Brazil, I grew up eating heart of palms. I eat it like you but also cooked. You can sautée it with onions, leaks and mushrooms (shrimp if you eat it) and put it in a pie!!! We call it torta de palmito!

So far I have the dried mangoes and the everything bagel seasoning,so delicious. I love kombucha! I've been buying humm kombucha in growlers. Love blueberry mint.

I got the healthy 8 veg mix yesterday and mixed it with 2 eggs this morning for a DELICIOUS and easy breakfast. I'm going to make some quinoa with it next! This is definitely a great way to have more vegetables in my diet. Thank you so much! I'm going to try your other suggestions too. Love your channel :)

I have never tried hearts of palm but that sounds great!! I'm really excited to look out for these!! My local grocery store had some grape leaves with rice in them, and it looks the same that are in that can. They were in the salad buffet section. I really enjoyed those! :D Thanks Dani!

Great video. I shop T-Joe's and have tried several of these but am glad to know about the rest. Especially the hearts of palm; saw those on the shelf and thought "what the heck?"

This is so great! TJ's has so many hidden goodies, I find new things all the time. One more to try is dried Montmorency cherries. Oh they have a bit of sugar added, but they're such a treat!

I am trying to watch the oil found in snack foods too! Trader Joes has potato chips made with just olive oil, sea salt, and potatoes. I am thankful that there are finally some alternatives to the standard vegetable and canola oils found in many foods.

Rice stuffed or grape leaves we call it in our language by Arabic mahshi , it's so easy to make it at home, so delicious too,and it's originally from Middle East

I have a Trader Joe's right around the corner and love to shop there!! Their roasted garlic ciabatta bread is what I call "Life changing bread!" It has pieces of roasted garlic in it and is delicious with melted butter and toasted in the oven. I have to try the RXbars. Thanks for the discount and #yeahJersey.

Last week I was at TJ and eyed the dried figs but wasn't sure if I'd like them. Now I can't wait to go back and get them, love the dark chocolate idea. Also I was curious about the hearts of palm,,, I'll pick them up too. I will purchase the cut up veggies too like your idea to add to tuna salad. Great share thanks.

I absolutely love your channel, it has helped me so much. I have a limited diet due to health issues, and I really struggle with keeping enough healthy foods in my diet. I haven't had soda for years, and I don't miss it. The one thing I do struggle with is caffeine. I am a coffee drinker. Everything I drink is organic and I try to make sure to do decaf as much as I can, but I suffer from debilitating headaches, and I often need the caffeine. I love Kombucha, I try to drink it daily along with Kefir. I take my morning meds with the Kefir, it has really helped my tummy issues. I absolutely love your channel!!!

Hey I’m from Saudi Arabia and we make homemade dolma and those rxbars are similar to our homemade traditional sweets but we made it like balls dipped into tahini sauce with Arabic coffee

I love hearts of palm. I like to cut them in rounds, mix with cut tomatoes with a tiny bit oil/vinegar, slt n pepper and eat as a salad. yummy.

I love hearts of palm! Costco had them for a while. I was so sad that they quit selling them, but, I can always get them at Traders!

I love to top crispbread pieces with some natural cashew butter or almond butter. Or even homemade strawberry-banana yogurt.

Hearts of palm are used in a bunch of vegan recipes! I’ve tried them as a vegan calamari.

to me, kombucha tastes like vinegar and soda water mixed together. If you haven't had Kombucha before, be careful and take a very small sip to taste it first before you drink it like a "diet coke"
