the comparison here is on the expenses side, how casino owners make money for running the business, similarly, NSE, brokers, clearing corp Govt make money, which is the trader's money only, on top of it, paying taxes on the gains also an expense.

The comparison of stock market with the gamble game example would not the so appropriate as their is no wealth creation and the house will win over a period of time....But in stock market a company share grows when the company makes good profit...So in this case in long run the house is not just the winner but the other players as well can win...That is the reason it is legalised and such games are illegal...it is just my views with all due respect to other views as well..😊

I agree with Mr. P R Sundar. I have always had a probability of 95% profit in option selling but my monthly returns are only 2% of capital deployed. The moment the monthly return cross 2% I am on high alert that my risk is increasing. So if people are happy with decent return of 2% pm of capital deployed, I am sure everyone can make profit.

So I am happy with it. Option selling is like driving a fast car you can take it as fast as possible but you should be able to steer and control the car at high speed. 😀👍

I have observed that, a nominal educated(about trading) who has lost only a little money in trading would appreciate themselves that they hadnot lost anything. Infact the trader would b in profit. If that trader observes his ledger, most of their lost money is only for brokerage n taxes. It is absolute right. No one would be a loser if they go through their ledger. 👍

@P R Sunder sir. I have question. Let’s say I or you buy a call at 100rs premium and ok expiry it become 0.05. My question is: for anything we buy there should be a seller and wise versa. But on expiry most of premiums left at 0.05 and where does the money goes? To the exchange or what logic is behind this. Not sure I am make you understand. Thank you in advance.

So Money is being transfereed from one bank account to another that's it? Long term investments are +ve sum games coz businesses utilize this money to grow and pay back as dividents.

Hey guys if u want to make money from stock market then... unfollow negative people and make an edge over option selling in stocks ....and do buying option in index.....if u want more detail ..then watch mithesh Patel...he is genuine guy ...he is not RU-vidr to make you feel such negative or positive....follow right people and make money ....stock market is like a God and God will always make you happy just prey it from heart do your analysis test it and do it.... don't follow anyone in this world. ....all wants to sell their courses and work shops... I am small traders but have a huge experience.

Just here to give lecture...u want everyone to be option seller because u teach option selling and u want everyone to come join ur classes... If u make 75k per month for 5 months by option selling, one day is enough to take away all the profits when market will move violently... Start showing ur losses... Cash market is not zero sum game but f&o is a zero sum game.. don't confuse people.. whether some money goes to govt or broker it's still within the system. No wealth is created in f&o but in cash/equity wealth can be created in the system..

Charges are not part of the money you put on the table. Charges are in addition to what you put in stock market. Hence charges doesn't form a part of whatever money is being traded. Thus, i feel you are mistaken. Derivatives is definitely a zero sum game.

equity trading is not zero sum game because it hasn't expiry. . but F &O trading is completely zero sum game it has expiry. on expiry it is zero sum only in f &o segments.
