Your calculation of value per bundle vastly overstates the actual value, because you attribute a number of gems to every single item. While in reality, with the gems required to obtain (for example) a piece of purple gear, you also obtain other items. Perhaps you should calculate the average yield per 200 gems based on the drop rates, determine the average cost of 200 gems (between 0,99 and 0,825 usd i guess) and then translate how many of each item you obtain per 200 gems on average. That way, you can accurately compare buying a bundle vs buying gems with the 100% bonus (24.000 + 24.000 gems for 99 usd).
