Thanks Mike. Great advice. I find I reset best with a hi intensity workout to let go. I like the meditation too but for different reasons, To get more detached and focused say mid day like having breaths at lunch or 11 am for 10-15 mins. The hard workout is the complete emotion flush, however, for me and works well to let mixed emotions go and get into better head space.

I'll never trade on the Valentines day, ever.. Worst day I've had in months ! I was rushing to get the flowers for my girl, I got pulled over by the cop and I got the speeding ticket. I came back home to do some trading and nothing worked, like I was effing blind. Had a really bad day, and my girlfriend got the piece of my mind at the end of the day. Horrible !
