Recipe:
2 liters of fresh cow's milk
4.5 tbsp. yogurt for sourdough
Description:
Boil 2 liters of fresh cow's milk. After cooling to 35 - 40 degrees Celsius, the milk is ready for fermentation. In each jar I put 1.5 tbsp. leaven. Mix well and close with a lid. Leave to soak in a warm room, well wrapped in blankets for 5 hours. Then leave in the refrigerator to cool completely.
