Lukas ( "Mamady Camara", djembe) and Daniel ("Danyèri Konaté", sangba) are members of the Germany based group "Tolonba" (www.tolonba.de). They have travelled to the Hamanah region in upper Guinea several times to deepen their knowledge of the traditional rhythms and dances. Here you can see them joining Nansady Kourouma from Babila (djembe), Sakala Conde (djembe), Laye Kouyate (sangba) and Mamady "Kasa" Camara (Dundun) from Fissadou. The occasion was a private party for one of the dummers, who had just married his second wife. Rhythms played are Djagba, Soro, Soli, Dundunba and many others - a wild mix of everything, just to have a good time.
