This video deserves so many more views. I tried a few different zeppole recipes, some by well known chefs. But this recipe is far better than any I have tried. Thank you for sharing.

Porco Miseria . Fathers Day here iin Australia and I almost poisoned my husband.1 Tablespoon of salt as per initial intro and ingredients list!!!!. Oh well at least the Lasagne I made was a good one. I enjoyed the video none the less . Ciao.
This is so said. You are not telling the truth. Depending, 3 cups of flour 1 packet of yeast 2 tablespoon of sugar 2 teaspoon of salt 2-21/2 cups of warm water Veg. Oil to fry. Confectioners sugar to sprinkle on top. You guys are wrong!!
I agree, everyone has their own way. They have been making their way for years and no complaints. I personally use water. With variations the zeppole are still delicious. Brings back many memories growing up with big Italian family in Hoboken. Thank you guys.
