भाई, वाह मजा आ गया खाना बनाने से और खाना खाने तक का सफर मेरा भी मुंह में पानी आ गया। हम लोग दिल्ली में भी चेंस यानि यही दाल बनाते हैं। लेकिन जो पहाड़ में खाने का कोई भी व्यंजन बनाते हैं उसकी बात ही निराली होती है। वहां की मिट्टी और पानी, हवा से वैसे ही वातावरण बहुत शुद्ध रहता है। यह देख कर मुझे भी अपने गांव की याद आ गई। हम लोग भी इकट्ठा होकर भोजन जमीन पर खाते हैं और चम्मच के बजाय हाथ से भात खाने का मजा ही कुछ और है। बाकी चिड़ियों की चहचहाट और गाय के रमने की आवाज मुझे बहुत ही अच्छी लगी। इसीलिए तो कहते हैं ❤ जय देवभूमि जयउत्तराखंड❤😂😂

An interesting way of cooking split black daal. You can add cream instead of rice slurry to make the daal thicker and creamy. I am settled in USA but I am from Kumoun (Ramnagar) and black daal is my favorite daal. 😊

अति उत्तम, सुस्वादु भोजन,यदि चैंस में पहाड़ी घी में जखिये का बघार और होता तो चैंस का स्वाद ही कुछ और हो जाता। अब तो ऐसा सुस्वादु भोजन केवल स्वप्न सरीखा हो गया है,पलायन ने हमारी संस्कृति, सभ्यता के साथ-साथ हमारा पुरातन पौष्टिक आहार भी हमसे छीन लिया है। नयी पीढ़ी को न तो यह स्वादिष्ट लगेगा और न ही इसे पचा पायेंगे।
