I love how you make mini neighborhoods/ streets within the lots it honestly gives so much more life to the game ❤ Makes it feel like a real town with tons to do :D

Come on Sims Team, when are we going to get Mixed Use?? If this lot truly was multifunctional (mixed-use) in the game, like, you could put a certain unseeable object in each building/space (room) you want to be of a certain use (like laundromat, bar, apartment/living space/house, grocery store, etc.), that would be REVOLUTIONARY and the absolute BEST EXPANSION PACK WE HAVE EVER GOTTEN. I have all the pack and store items for the Sims 3, but I haven’t gotten on the Sims 4 train, in spite of how often I watch Sims 4 speed builds and stop motions 🤣 I could only play it on friends’ computers, because getting everything for 3 is an astronomical amount of money! Even with all the issues there are in the Sims 4, a pack that allowed for Mixed Use would LITERALLY make the WHOLE game worth it to me. Imagine this beautiful lot you built being functional! Amazing build, I can’t wait to see what you build next! 🤗💕
this is amazing! imagine a household living in the apartment and owning all the shops & restaurants, it's perfect to try out little miss sam's live in business mod!! i'm definitely downloading just for that purpose!
@@TinySimBee it turned out beautiful! :) If you want an extra tip, so ething I've done is add the steam and bubbles grates from get together, woven baskets I think from jungle adventure and eggs from debug and layered the eggs in the basket and put it in the 'foot spa', its so ething I've seen being done in more rural parts of Japan :)

It says no cc, but what packs are the ramen street sign and tea shelf from? The big tea shelf. I’m building a noodle cafe and those two things would come in handy!
I’m not sure which street sign you mean but there are some in City Living, and the tea shelf and the other steer sign are from the expansion pack Snowy Escape ☺️
