The tea she made is super duper easy to do! All you need is hot water, honey and yuja fruit (which might be hard to come by depending on where you live..) Make a mixture of hot water and honey so it's like a syrup. Leave the rind on the fruit, take the seeds out and slice it thinly and in smallish pieces. Put it into the honey mixture. Leave it for a day or so then put it into the fridge to keep. When you want to make tea just dissolve a teaspoon amount into a cup of hot water! It's really good for you and good to have when you're sick, especially because there's no fussing about with it 😊
