Hi Angela thanks for your comment. It seems that beginners to watercolours like the videos split into parts as it helps take one part at a time. i will try and do more like this . keep on painting.
This is the way I learn best. You highlighting the decisions you make as you go broken into the processes. (Steps). The process is usually what's missing in other's "tutorials". Thank you for this gift.
Like others, I do like the three segments. I rarely get a full hour or two free so the broken down format suits that but also with understanding and comprehension of smaller bite sized pieces.
Hi Claire Thanks for your comment. Your point about trying to get time ie 1 or 2 hours in a day or even a week can be difficult . Everyone has different circumstances in life. So yes breaking videos down to short times will help. I plan to do some short videos with paintings of low dergree of difficulty,so keep watching. Cheers
Thank you for breaking this into three parts! I really learned a lot! I would love more videos of this type! I am a beginner. Picked up a paintbrush recently upon my retirement! Loving it!
Hi Barbara thanks for your kind comment regards the tradtional landscape video which was in 3 parts. I will try and get another video in parts completed before Christmas. Painting is a super hobby , hope you enjoy this in your retirement. Keep painting. I have lots of videos for beginners so have a look. Cheers

Hello John , just discovered your channel . I am a beginner so appreciate the painting done in 3 parts including the sketch . So many of the artists leave out the drawing bit . Thankyou .
Hi Maggie . Thanks for your comment. I have had several comments like yours , where splitting a painting into seems to help beginners. I plan to do more in parts like this , so hopefully it will help. Keep on painting . Cheers
Hi John, Love the three section format. It works really well if I don't have much time (I can still complete each section as you demonstrate it) plus sometimes I start to get sloppy and make mistakes if I do too much in one sitting. By splitting a video into three parts, you can show us more in depth paintings. Many thanks and please keep them coming
Good point Colin . Sometimes when the painting is not going well , it is all to easy to keep on going for too long and things get worse. A break helps. I like to leave some paintings for a day or 2 before addingt he details. You are then fresh and ready to go.
Thanks for your kind comment. So glad to hear that you are enjoying the videos on my channel. I am trying to get another one produced before Christmas, but super busy just now? Anyway keep on painting . Have a happy Christmas and best wished for teh New Year.
