This sketch animation overlaid with narration on a topic was so good. Maybe I've missed out on past videos of such style, but you should definitely try incorporating more of these on your channel, if possible.

I'd highly recommend the collected correspondence of Hunter S Thompson. He went through the "struggling broke wannabe author trying to get published" routine before he mutated into the Gonzo journalist from hell, and he detailed the process brilliantly in his letters to his friends.

I respect you so much, and I have been reading The Last of the Wicked, slowly, but steadily, because I want to savor it. You really do have an excellent voice (in writing) and I enjoy your style very much. What makes reading your novel different from others for me is that I have your voice turned on in my head automatically, after watching so many hours of your videos. I did not follow your channel when your first book was published, though I would like to read that one day as well. I hope you have a wonderful day! I know you were talking about possibly extending your IndieGoGo campaign in a recent video, I can't remember which, maybe it was Spelunky or Celeste, have you made up your mind yet?

Thanks for making me feel good about myself! IndieGoGo has this thing called "indemand" for campaigns to be able to still take orders after the official timeline is over, since so many still take months to fulfill, so the SUPER SPECIAL EDITION book will still be available for, I estimate, 1 to 2 weeks while the books get printed and shipped to me. I'll make sure to overprint a fair bit so I don't run out of them...

I had this dream about dying and going to a really strange afterlife, and that became a story I wanted to write! My all-time-favorite single book? It's hard to decide but my most fond memories are of Asimov's Fantastic Voyage II. I don't know if it holds up if I read it today but I absolutely loved it during high school, I re-read it a good 5 or 6 times.

The traditional publishing industry sure looks like a hellhole from here uncle blargho, I'm so glad that The last of the wicked campaign went well, here's to hope I can pick up that sweet ass signed hardcover edition in the next one, the amount of money that college has been sucking out of me has been surreal these past months but you can bet your sweet ass cheeks I'll get your novel and try and read it in my spare time (or when a take a dump, whatever happens first)

Reading and writing are scientifically the best thing you can do to become smarter. Studying and schooling has shown to be less effective than just reading . But sadly, reading is a dying media that has been replaced by music , social media , video games, and movies. To become a successful author is hell, and that’s sad. The worst thing is, that this isn’t just exclusive to reading. Reading, painting, and instrument playing are all very honest, good careers. That all have their own proven benefits. But all 3 are extremely difficult to have a career in, and usually even you do have a successful career in one, it’s usually not successful enough to expand into other things. Anyway, this video was amazing and very insightful. Keep up the good work

Seeing how they just recently banned the most passionate weather man on the planet for his unconscionable display on Bitchute of perfectly natural medical procedures, I'm still leery of giving them any money. (If you don't know, they deleted Mr. Metokur for showing in gruesome detail exactly what sex change operations entail, and called it "hate speech")
