Normally we get used to the yellow circle and when we have other types of targets we lose sight of it due to their colors. The best thing is to get used to all types of colors to reach our target
Bold colors are more attractive to your eye, but don't get used to easy targets.

rubber ducky is surely the coolest but if You were to put a couple of inches of water in the bottom of the water bottle i bet it would help maintain the momentum of the pendulum swing a little longer while You get into position for your shot. 😜

Depends what you want: a water balloon has a nice effect, even if it’s filled with air, you can hear it and the colors are vibrant (hit the eyes). The yellow ball attracts the eyes and can be shot more often - so: yellow ball! 👊😁
