That's not what's happening, they did only ship 91 million worth of petroleum in 2021, that same year their total exports were 3.3 billion, it's not just not counting specific exports. Look around a little before getting mad. Illegal exports (which would only account for about a 22% increase in that 3.3 billion) don't count because it's impossible to measure accurately (because surprise surprise nobody records illegal shipments). Also petroleum exports and extraction was already rapidly falling before the sanctions hit. Edit: Venuzuela is only part of opec now cause they helped found it.
