Thanks. Good educational video. I'm a graphic arts student and always curious about the sign making process. What type of green media do you use in the video? Does any of the white reflective properties show through the green and any advantages using semi opaque green instead of using reflective green?
The green film overlay is from 3M and called ElectroCut or EC film. The green, red ,blue and brown I use for traffic signs are transparent and show through to the white, making the signs reflective at night. Traffic signs need to be reflective at night so the driver can see them. The black film is not transparent.
I like your videos man keep it up Id like to see some screen printing just for tips mabey im aslo an old fashion screen printer but I like a sign videos.
@@gregdpw I did screw down the cut mat when I had a wood top table. Now that I have a new application table with a glass top it stay put without have to screw it down. Also it would be impossible with a glass top anyway.
