Once again Trooper Love and the Arkansas State Police are the best they are almost too nice sometimes you put NST in the mix and you have the perfect combo

And that should be mandatory for all the states no insurance that is a 1000 dollar ticket and you have 30 days to pay to the clerk or courts and if not paid your license will be revoked by the clerk of courts , you can go to the clerk or courts or call and get on a payment plan and your licence wont be revoked but if you miss a payment you have 30 days to catch up and if you dont catch up your license will be revoked and the police will remind you when they pull you over that the clerk of courts have revoked your license and from that point on you cannot drive , they will site and release you but you will still have to go to court and you donot wont to have your license revoked because you will have to go to the dmv and pay a reinststement fee , get sr22 insurance for 12 months , take the driving test over , take the written test and pay for your license , i will get a lot of you uninsured drivers off the roads ! Facts !

So, this guy immediately pulled over and complied with the trooper and received a citation. No running, no felony, no TVI. But....he seems to be an habitual speeder and poor driver. Maybe he should be required to take driver training classes instead of or in addition to points on his record. If he hasn't learned his lesson by 8 points, he may need alternative behavior correction methods. The best thing that guy can do is sell that damn car and get some sort of Fred Flintstone mobile that he can control.
