Hello officer, we have a reckless driver in our neighborhood, he’s always speeding so he can make lots of noise with his illegal muffler, this guy is around daily. I got his plate number, I can never get through to the non emergency number to Pasadena police here in California to report him. My question is, should I bother trying to report him? Or will they just say, there is nothing they can do about it. We fear he will hit a pedestrian eventually. Thank you.
Call the traffic division and talk to the officers, calmly describe your problem. I had excellent results with speeders in our neighborhood. PD came out a couple of mornings and gave out a lot of tickets. It helped at first. I'm in Cali too.
There are not allowed to drive off they just don’t show it in the video! Most cops to avoid towing the vehicle they tell the driver to park the car in a parking lot and don’t drive
I think it's wild that you can let someone drive off without a license . In Ontario it would have to be someone else or it'd get towed off the roadway.

No one’s gonna stop driving bad let’s say. Many speed limits are exaggerating that’s why people drive over the speed limit. I’m one of them actually. Of course some people are stupid enough that they don’t know how to drive.
At least I dont have to be behind the slow poke when the light turns green or have to honk my horn because someone is on their phone I prefer being first.

It really is surprising to see how many people are driving without a license or on one that has been suspended. They probably also do not have insurance. -sigh- We share the road ways with these irresponsible individuals. Self government doesn't work without self discipline. Which means penalties have to be increased to improve compliance. I'm for impounding vehicles of those who are on the road illegally.
It's insane to me that people without a valid license doing 20mph over the speed limit are allowed to just DRIVE AWAY with a ticket! It's illegal for them to drive in the first place but they're just free to go? Their car doesn't get impounded unless they injure someone? Wow...
How can a police officer let someone drive away after he just confirmed he has no license?? Without a license you can’t get insurance as it will be invalid so if he injures someone they will be left out in the cold. The police need to do their job even when it’s a pain in the butt.

I would like to know why these people are left to drive away with having no drivers license. They should get out of the car, tow the car and let them walk home.
This officer has made a poor choice by letting unlicensed drivers continue on their way with citations. His mantra about public safety on the roads is an absolute failure. People who are allowed to drive away with a summons will keep driving unlicensed and unabated. The officer should have had the vehicle towed after issuing the fines and letting the Perp take the bus.
If you don't have a license, why would you do 20 over? One would think that you would be BELOW the speed limit, and be VERY careful when you're driving.
These videos are fun to watch. I lived in Coral Spring when there wasn’t much when my brother joined their police department. It’s interesting to see how developed it has became over the years. To see these roads and intersections I use to travel on doing ride alongside with my brother so many years ago is something else, it was a bit boring then. I about fell over when I seen their police department now.
They need a thousand more unmarked traffic control officers in Fl. I drive a semi all over central Fl. and you wouldn't believe the shiznit I see daily.
WOW!!! When did it become okay to drive without a license? I thought that was an automatic tow unless you had someone else to drive your car (during the stop).
I wish we had more unmarked patrol cars out there... wish they would tow drivers cars that have suspended licenses. Some drivers dont' deserve to drive. They need to have a app that transcribes other languages.
We need more officers like Charni. Polite, respectful, professional and keen awareness. In my area, there are two towns who are like this. When I head further into the city, small traffic infractions like this aren't policed or monitored.

I don't understand why they let drivers drive away, knowing they dont have a valid license, or any license at all? Without a valid license, insurance is no good in most places. Either get a licensed driver to come get the vehicle or Tow it.... it seems a legal liability to the city/taxpayers allowing an unlicensed driver to once again, drive....
I like this guy better than Frank in Pinal County. Frank walks, and sometimes crosses, the line of being rude to people he pulls over. This guy is professional through and through.
People who blatantly speed, drive recklessly and generally violate traffic laws deserve to be called out on their shit, which is what Deputy Sloup does. He's not pulling over law abiding citizens just to be rude. Get off your high horse.

We are fucked in America! Foreigners who cannot read signs or even speak the language???!!! When a cop has to call a translator to issue a citation to a person without a license I think we are bending over far too much...😭

I wish you guys would come up to Kissimmee. We see jerks like the Mercedes always do that crap, ride the turn lane all the way down to skip the traffic then cut back in way down the road!!! I love it. Cops in Kissimmee are lazy as can be, don't piss off the tourists that make us millions in year in taxes!! That's basically what they are told. Your 100 ticket isn't crap vs what they spend while they visit Disney so the cops look the other way here.
Im loving these officers showing their day to day interactions and stops. They wont show you this on the news until one bad thing happens but now we get to see the people alot of officers have to deal with 95.5% of which are dealt with without incident.

Here's your byproduct of so much diversity! Everyone in South Florida comes from a different part of the Caribbean, or central/south America where they have zero driver laws and very different driving behaviors.
Not sure why cops are trained to CREATE and obstacle by leaving there car IN the lane, it's like they want to get ran into... Changing the normal flow of traffic is always bad and dangerous and cops wonder why they get crashed into...
Weird that last stop he was unsure if the driver was wearing a seatbelt or not and figured ehh I’ll just pull him over… then tells the driver he clocked him going 65… almost seems like he just wanted to pull the over to check for warrants. I’m shocked these videos keep coming out with all the traffic infractions they document the officers making. Oh well they would never ticket their own
Why do we have to learn their language.?? They’re driving on the roads they really should speak English. How do they pass the test otherwise? Crazy. No wonder insurance rates are so high!
