Proper adventure! I did Walden Rd from the Kentucky House side in a trail-running event so I wondered how you'd get on. Very impressive.

Haha.. told you to do it via the memorial..! (in summer)😉 You can always cross the river at starbotton after and go up through the woods for the Moor End descent to kettlewell for and extra add on.

I'm staying over near West Burton in late summer so will give this a try (although will take your advice & do it with avoiding the bog & push/climb & just head up to Buckden pike) Cheers

Good stuff! The trail did not look that bad to be fair and probably a billion times better when it dries up. I live in Pembrokeshire west wales and straight up have not been out since christmas as its done nothing but piss down. I have never seen the ground so wet. Keep it up dude

Did it other way round, thought it was alright ,descending that grass push up is fast and im'e 65 yur Snowflakes 🤣If you don't like that don't do Hilton , Appleby, Swinside Edge ! Walden Road Full is a motorway to that , enjoy ! 😊😊
