Again thank you Sir for your timely replies. As I commented on the lead arm cycle presentation, I decided to comment here with that in mind. Would it be possible to demonstrate the forward arm projection as you demonstrated at the moment that the trail leg is proceeding? I realize balance and stability are key while doing this exercise initially from a state of rest (inertia). I've personally had some difficulty attempting both while either straddling the hurdle or using a wall for support. I'm certain I could see it better perhaps through your demonstration of that phase. Thank you.

Yes such a demonstration can be done. I would have to rest my trail arm against a wall for balance in order to do it from a standing position, but it shouldn't be too hard. I'll try to do a video in the near future demonstrating how the lead arm and trail leg function together.

What do you perceive the hip and lead leg knee angles are prior to trail leg toe-off?

Hips push forward and lead leg knee drives upward during take-off.
