Trail Riding Progression at Swinley Forest!

Myself and ‪@TomCardy‬ went to Swinley Forest trails to ride the ebikes! I decided to use the day to improve my trail riding and keep flow on the trails!
We went round the red run and hit the jumps, drops and berms!
We also managed to find the trail baby maker to ride which was awesome as we have never ridden this before!
Swinley Forest has lots of different trails for all types of riders ranging from easy green trails to the blue and red trails. They also have a training area called The Summit where you can book on with a coach and practice your skills!

Yes kara!!! I went a 2 weeks ago and was so good! My hardtail was broken and had to ride it on my singlespeed dirtjumper... I WAS SOOO TIRED cleared all of baby maker tho! U have gained loads of subs since u started tiktok!

Hey Kara Beal and Tom Cardy! Thanks for a relaxing, positive vid when I really needed one after a stressful time trying to help my elderly mom! Keep working on more speed Kara Beal! Follow Tom Cardy down more trails when he is purposely trying to set a quicker pace than you would normally ride but not his normal speed! Ride ride ride!

Went recently and loved it although felt like there was so much uphill between the good stuff! An e-bike around swinley would of helped! Great Vid!!

I've been here but at the same time haven't, I did a 2 day endurance event a few years back which one day 2 went through the blue trail and out the other side, so I have rode there but can't really say I've parked up and rode there like other places

Check the trails around Stellenbosch and Tokai - Swinley is my local now but south African trails are next level world class compared to the plattelands of England!

You don’t have to do the blue first. Just use the fire roads and go straight onto the red trail. I love Swinley Forest!
