Notorious outlaw Kelly breaks out from prison with his best friend, Troy. However Troy is re-captured immediately and sent down for hanging for killing a couple of prison guards during the attempted escape.
The hunt is on to recapture Kelly as a matter of urgency.
Hiding away in Tranquility Town, Kelly thinks he is safe, until a young heroic US Deputy walks in to town.
