It's supposed to be a cameo of the mod, probably pointing at the fact that the protagonist Is a heavy smoker. I know that some serve as health & armour, if I recall correctly.
I picked up this short sawed-off (Fleshrend), but then i had 2 of them and i dont understand why. The same with uzi. Now i have 2 of them all the time and cant change to 1. Why is that?
