It's nice to see Laura getting the respect she deserves. Though if you ask me, a lot of her character development essentially ended up being given to Aurelia and Duvalie. I think Laura should've had a lot more of a relationship with Lianne than what she ended up having.

Seeing Laura that high makes me so happy. I know Alisa is the canon romance for Rean but Laura and Rean have natural chemistry in the first two Cold Steel games. Just a shame she was not given time to shine in the later games. I still have her as my romance with Rean in my playthroughs. Olivert is SSS tier. He's the best character in the franchise. Even if we have more games coming up, he'll still be number one for me. The entire Zemuria would be in flames without Olivert. Rufus was already top 10 for me. Loved him in the first two CS games. Reverie solidified him as my top two character. Never expected to love C's crew a lot.

I just finished playing Reverie, 7 trails game back to back, starting with the crossbell series. Need a break from the series. I need to play something else now. It's really hard to pick favourite characters from this game as many of them are very likeable. My faves are Laura, Aurelia, Fie, Millenium, Wazy, Tio. As for secondary characters I really like Mint, Margarita and Freddy

The Trails in the Sky characters are placed really accurately - I'd put Cassius/Campanella lower and Weissman Higher but that's about it

Don't have an opinion on Trails to Zero and Azure. To be honest, the story, world, and characters of those two games bored me out of my mind.

I mean, sure it is nice having a character tier list and all. I love that franchise to the moon and back. Just, from a purely gameplay point of view it doesn't make all that much sense to me in a game, where your freedom of choice when it comes to building your favorite team is somewhat nonexistent. "You like that team you got there, huh? Well tooooo baaaaaaaaad (Gilbert Voice imitation ; ) ). How about you play with these 3 characters you do not really like at all for the next 2-3 hours instead?" Duh. Well yea.
