Trails on & off the map - Riding at Hollister Hills

Went with Paul and my mom to Hollister Hills OHV to ride some newly reopened dirt bike singletrack and venture up some loose hill climbs. The Renz is now completely open, and so is the lower/ Adobe area. We also ventured along Harmony Gate via the poison-oak infested volunteer singletrack that has been created over the years. As I told my mom, it's not always fun, but it's always good.

Nice video! I was there friday and it was dry dry. My son and I rode all the newly opened Renz and it is got a lot of loose dirt clods. Gone are many of the rock hard whoops. One of my favorite single track by-passes on Adobe had a huge tree come down it. Near the spot in 5:23 in the vid right as you reach the pond

Thanks. My mom actually went for that line and got stopped by the down tree, so I know exactly what you're talking about. A lot of the good lines are now grown over too, so will wait to see which ones get recut.

Looks like a good time, I’ve always wanted to ride HH but it’s like 3 1/2 hours from me. Maybe I’ll go once it gets a little greener. Still looks pretty dry.

It will turn completely green, just go a week or 2 after some rain, but not right after as they often close the lower section.
