इस वीडियो से हमलोग जानेंगे कि Train (Goods, ICF- Integral Coach Factory, LHB- Linke Hoffman Busch) में brake कैसे लगता है? Passenger के Chain pulling करने से Train क्यों रुकती है?
Note: There is a small mistake in this video where I told that there are one brake cylinder in a bogie in ICF coach.. Actually there are 2 brake cylinder in each bogie in ICF coach and one cylinder per bogie in BMBS wagon..
CR capacity: LHB COACH 6 ltr., ICF COACH 9 lit, Wagon - 6 lit.
Sorry for the mistake..

No.. Because DV and CR are connected with Brake pipe not with feed pipe and Brake pipe pressure is always maintain at 5 kg/cm2..

CR ka pressure sirf manual release ke time mein kam hota hai.. Application ya drop ke time nhi.

Loco mein MR ka pressure 8-10 kg/cm2 hota hai..FP pressure 6 kg/cm2 se jyada nhi hoga

Whenever loco de-attached from the rake.. Brake automatically applied..and for shunting purpose we have to release manually which drain out the CR pressure..

Agar NRV kharab ho jayega toh brake cylinder me thik se pressure nhi jayega.. Brake application ke chances kam ho jayenge..

There are two types of piston stroke in ICF coach 1) 90+-10 mm for Under frame mounted brake cylinder 2) 32 mm is for bogie mounted brake cylinder
