@@buttoneditz Bro I've been to Indore. Also Bhopal is catching up. Sikkim state, then Pune, Hyderabad too are comparatively very clean. But we stand no where in comparison to China. Look at the spotless condition of railway stations, infrastructure has parity all over China. Here, within NCR region the roads are not even levelled, no dedicated footpaths, some places the footpath has big blocks also go to Kolkata footpaths are occupied by beggars, hawkers. There is no uniformity and people generally majority of people in India don't care about cleanliness except for few cities. Attitude change hona hay yah.
