well i only know russian ZD Simulator where could be simulated damages of engines and etc. then in Developement "Transiberian railway" which is basically My summer car but with trains, and BeamNG feature train models as cars, but BeamNG atm is only one that can provide simulation of how trains can turn into scrap
I might do a video on how to do this because I get asked this very frequently what you have to do is drive pass the red signal and pause the game as quick as you can, then quickly save before the pop up, then go to the main menu, then go back to the saved game and now you can speed pass any red signal and crash trains
