20:40 Well ... as a Unreal Engine developer (Unreal Engine is the program where been created TSW), I can tell you that it is a train with a texture glitch, that the game tried to put a liberia on it and found nothing and left the train with these squares.

The reason why the train goes into not in service is because that's normally when and where the player would take over the train to start a service

Do you know what you can do with the electric stars you can put them to AC mode put the shoes up and then put the pan up and then it'll let you go 125mph that's what I did you should try it

No, a double yellow just means that the next signal ahead is at single yellow - and therefore that the one after that is almost certainly at danger (red /danger). A driver with good route knowledge might pass one double-yellow at 40mph, and another at 100mph, depending on the route and how close together the signals are. In some countries, signals might tell the driver about a target speed - for example in Germany I believe two yellows on a signal would normally mean the driver should slow to 80km/h (or less for freight trains) but in the UK that doesn't apply. There have been experiments with using flashing green for an enhanced speed limit but it was decided that in-cab signaling was needed for anything above 125mph. The only UK rail signals that usually tell a driver anything about speed are the in-cab TVM and KVB systems used on High Speed 1 and around London St. Pancras station by Eurostar and Southeastern.
