Interesting, but you didn't really explain how to avoid 'Panic' etc, apart from 'Rehearse' the situation beforehand .... Can you explain in a 'General' thing, how to avoid 'Panic' in any situation, ( A few general Tips )
The content was valuable but did not provide what I was looking for. I do cover this in many of my courses. Some places to start would be to set your mind to the task. Having a goal is a way to promote proactive behavior. Auto-regulate your breathing before, during, and after an event because it allows you to take charge of your autonomic nervous system, which is what stress activates during fight or flight. You will have a better chance of staying in your high brain. For self-defense, allow yourself to get righteously angry.
