1. in early, i Rush to the bridge to "Duct Tape" for money. $4000 x (10 + 12) units = $88000. 2. at middle, i build 2 of bridges from Gold Bar to far east (can be connected to ... Gold Ore, Ring, Power Plant). 3. There is a tiny slope tile at... below the large bridge (near Glass foundry) , 2 tile right. Where you can build a slope upto upper deck to Power Plant. (though it takes a bit long distance)
1. you don't have to use island hopping to get to the glass workshop, there is nice shortcut through sheep flock 2. if you use beach near coal mine for a nice loop, there will be no need for stoping and turning trains
@RedPandaHit One of the worst designed puzzle for me. insta-death ruins 10 mins. a puzzle should be solved with one's mind than mouse(train) handling skill.
This level is not hard tbh. Its just annoying that you have an instant lose condition and actually are forced to wait when you run against the time already
You can get 10 people, 5 coal and 10 gold ore to the ingots factory in the beginning, before the first long train blocks the path, but timig is critical for this part. Here is how I played it with the "coal variation" by @CosminVarlan: Read from beginning to end before starting the level. Not every detail is explained. 1) Build the bridge and railways to send people arround the loop to the gold mine. Build the bridge and railways to the building materials plant. 2) Send two trains (10 people) to the gold mine. Send three trains (15 people, but will end up with only 12 in the plant) to the building materials plant. 3) Finish the railway to the gold ingots plant. Send one train with peple to it. 4) Work 4.1 and 4.2 in parallel. 4.1) With the remaining money start building the track towards the coal mine. Have one train following your progress so it is right at the coal mine once the track is finished. 4.2) Send two more trains (10 people) to the gold mine. May have to wait for people beeing ready. Let the last train pass the gold mine, heading towards the dead end. Stop it shortly after the switch, though. 5) **As soon as** 5 coal are ready send them to the gold ingots factory via the _short_ path. 6) Build the tracks from coal mine toward gold mine. Send 5 more coal once they/the track is ready. 7) Send remaining coal, gold and people as ready/required. You should have to stop/start one gold ore train to avoid overflowing the ore storage on the ingots factory. 8) Start building tracks towards the glass plant. Send one/(two) trains following your progress. 9) Set switches so slow train goes the long route. The last coal train towards the ingots plant can take the short route. 10) Get the steel plate production going. 11) You need to send at least two coal trains to the electricity plant to have enough funds to finish the route (with highly recommended bridge) to the ring factory, depending on how much steel plates you have delivered in the meantime. 12) You have all the tracks now. The rest should be selfexplanatory. It is possible to finish this level in under 15 minutes.
I experienced what I think was a glitch with this map on one of the attempts. The first long train went through OK, but the second one exploded/crashed at the junction just past the bridge to the gold bars. I was working trains on other parts of the map when it happened as everything was clear up in that area, so I didn't see what happened and because the Fail sign comes up and the screen blurs when the crash occurred, I couldn't even check out the aftermath. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience?
Im just wondering looking at the levellist. Do you instant 5 star every Level ? There was no level with one, two or three stars when you start O.o (at least the levels i watched so far)
haha, no i definitely do need to do some levels a few times, its just when i know im going to fail i will quit before i finish - to make it seem like ive gone straight to 5 stars. I think the only hint i have in there is i will say "this is my first look at..." in some videos and not in others. If i say that, then i have 5 starred it on the first attempt :)
this is exactly how i feel about Train Valley 2. The first game was so fun... then this game was completely different, but I played it anyway .... and now this. No creativity in laying out tracks or anything, you have to lay it out how they want you to lay it out, and then it's just a boring game after that.
@@bio2020 Turns out that I ended up barely beating levels 32+33 before quitting. Got too hard cause you have to lay every track exactly perfectly in the later levels.
@@pro-00001 Yep, you quit around 32-33. I just quit after this level in the video. I got 5 stars in every level including one in this video, but that's my last one. The next level after this one (31?) is more of the same... boring.
