I have an abundance of t-shirts!!! Seriously, so many of them. I never intended to collect them or anything. They make me feel abundant because 1. I am clothed 2. Most are t-shirts from concerts, places I’ve visited, races I’ve run, my time in the military and by looking through them I’m reminded that I’ve had abundance of experiences!!! How lucky am I to have seen so many great bands, how fortunate am I that my body has been strong enough to run those races, how amazing has it been to have been on those trips!

My example might not be as humble, but I have a bunch of cool paper crafting stuff and I hang encouragement cards for myself all over my flat. I feel blessed to be able to invest that much money into a hobby, have so much creativity to do stuff, am able to make myself happy with it AND other people when sending cards out. That's so powerful!

😍 love the bread tag thing. It reminded me of the Lord’s Prayer when Jesus said to give thanks for our daily bread. And perhaps what he meant wasn’t to be thankful for actual bread but to be grateful for all the things we enjoy everyday.

I get an outrageous abundance of freebies-experiences, trinkets, new products to try, snacks. To remind myself of all of this awesomeness, I snap a pic so that I can reflect back on these manifestations in the moments that I get snagged with what I have yet to receive. I focus on all the leaves on all the trees, there are zillions of them and then I focus on the trees letting the leaves go in the fall without them worrying they won’t have another leaf 🍁 it’s a natural process of giving and receiving.

Gifts is my "love language" and I often buy things/gifts for myself as indulgence. So I will save receipts from webshops and stores and hang them up (maybe facing against the wall).

I have an abundance of shoes. It happened due to the knee issues I was having and couldn't find anything comfortable. It was a challenge spending so much money and still being in pain. Now that I've had surgery I have an abundance of shoes to wear and give away.

Socks! I have a sock fetish. I love my socks, but not just cause they are cute, they protect my feet in shoes and keep my feet warm. I have a hard time getting rid of them. So each day when I go into my sock drawer I can be reminded of how abundant I am! 💫💫💫

Thanks for the bread tie tip. I think I might do that or something similar. The other thing that is really ringing my bells is to understand the vibe of appreciation and love is very similar according to Abe/Hicks which helps me understand that love is very broad and can be attached to so many things.

I have an abundance of rocks. I have rocks all over my house rock I picked up from places I've traveled to, places my mother went and she'd pick up rocks for me cuz she knows how much I like them. As I sit here I see the little rocks I have sitting on my night stand and I look over at my TV and at the base there's more rocks. I have an abundance of rocks everywhere I look there are rocks when I take my walk I find all kinds of cool rocks

I have been knitting and crocheting since I was 5 and recently started spinning yarn. I would say my yarn, fiber, hooks, needles and spinning wheels are an excellent focus to add to my daily list. In a society where it is cheaper to buy it at Walmart handmade gifts have become a luxury item. Thank you for helping me add to my list of gratefuls!

Huge tomato harvest. I can't eat them fast enough. The plant was planted by husband. He isn't a tomato eater. He does it for me. The color is gorgeous. Either on the plant or in the basket.

I have a job that pays pretty well and I have money to buy myself fun things and I have enough money to travel ..... I have so many things and I am so grateful! Since beginning my LOA journey I've been hesitant to listen to people other than Esther Hicks/Abraham on the topic. But I'm finding your approach really refreshing and it's given me a boost at a perfect time. I really appreciate that. I wanted to extend something to you that may or may not be useful. I used to grapple with repeated colds and nasal "stuff". Donna Eden's daily energy medicine routine (Prune Harris being my favorite teacher of the method..youtube) has been life changing. Plus a beautiful way to start the day and easy to juxtapose with other alignment practices like meditation. Prune's video for cold/flu is top notch. I turn to it multiple times in a day I'm feeling symptoms. They invariably just...don't stick. If this is totally inapplicable to you, ok. I just had a thought you might resonate with this info. Again, thank you for all you do.

I realized I have two of these things already! I keep old iTunes-giftcards. Among my friends I'm probably the only person that still buys songs online or as a CD instead of using streaming platforms. I don't know why I do it tbh, I just kinda like it that way. Music is one of my biggest sources of motivation that keeps me going through the day when I'm feeling low and I'm grateful that I have the resources to buy those gift cards that give me access to music. I also keep all of my cents that that I got as change after I went shopping in a little coin purse to remind me that money is continuously coming in and I'm able to shop around and buy things for myself ❣️ this was such a good idea, thank you Amy!

I love this! I will have to think of something small like you say. I am so abundant that I have stuff all over the place, but I have yet to organize it in such a nicely presented way. ;) Ironically (or maybe not so ironically) I have been thinking lately about one of your older videos where you recommended making lists of things we have in abundance. I have been trying to do this at least mentally (sometimes I write them down) and it is crazy how much abundance I end up noticing.

I saw the title of this video as I was waking up this morning to check on an application through my graduate school. I saw my 2 emails and one was a confirmation of the job I DID APPLY, the other was also a confirmation of a job I DID NOT APPLY. Its not just a job its a teacher in training residency/paid one. Thought this vide was the perfect one for me today! THANKS!

I am very aware of all my abundance daily and im so Grateful! I write them down first thing everyday! I have so many things but my home reminds me everyday the work we put into it since 1996.
