Why did you ultimately decide to move out into the wilderness and constantly perform manual labor? Any particular reason or just something you felt like doing?
Can you use explosive exercises before bench press, overhead press etc or does it only apply to lower body. Example:could I do some explosive push ups before hand.
Garage strength video'd an upper body session for one of their throwers. They began the session with a power OH jerk, used it as a primer for a 5x5 on bench. Personally, I use heavy deadlifts to prime myself for cleans and RDLs. But I've even seen some oly lifters do the opposite, they'll max full cleans and then max their deadlift, one right after the other.
