Use tennis balls 🎾 throw one in the air and follow it through with your eyes. Another tip I would say helps is just looking at the football once u catch it and hold it for like a second or 2 n then tuck it(following with your eyes) You can also watch Ross 500 he focuses and is really disciplined when it comes to tracking the ball or catching. It’s just something you have to work on and do it almost all the time when you get the chance. If you have a football use that and throw it in the air and catch it by yourself

I’m terribly sorry for your loss. My best advice (idk if you’re religious or not) is to stay close to God thru whatever you’re going thru & become the architect of your life. Build yourself into the best version of yourself in all areas. It’s a slow process, but by putting intention behind all your actions, u will see significant change over time. Your dad will always be watching over u & as proud as he already is, continue to push forward.
