Training a new tug pilot 

A few notes
- these are the tug pilot's first tows
- surprised me with how rough the air was despite the early morning forecast
- tug pilot was fine with the conditions
- tug pilot stayed on runway longer than veteran tugger (not a fault, just a part of learning)
- that required me to skim the runway for a lot longer than normal, rather uncomfortable for me
- glad I chose to put pneumatic wheels on
- left the field VERY low...at less than 100' at times. Happy to not abort
- locked out at 11AM on 3rd tow - my first time since 2007. Tug pilot was fine with it
- glad to have pull string release vs bike handle (wouldn't have been able to reach it)
