Back in london for the summer break showing you guys what my training looks like.
Apologies about the blurring, it's just for the safety of the kids.
Gym exercises ---
- Isometric hold 10sec into box jump 4/5 sets
- Lunge walks 20kg bag - squat jump at the end 3/5 sets
- Smith machine half squats 10 4 sets
-Deadlift smith machine 10/12 reps 4 sets
- Adductor machine semi flex 7-8 reps then proper 7-8 reps 3 sets

The timing on the forehead really depends on what sort of ball is coming at you, but mechanics are the same with rotation, relaxed arm and then impact with tension.

@@HowardOnweng thank you for the input. I have many problems with my forehand . I have to go back to learn the fundamentals, basically I have one of those awkward wrist bent in the final stroke , and I tend to touch or carry the ball instead of hitting it. I can borrow opponents power well but when I try to hit a dead ball , the timing is off and the ball usually goes to the net.

​@@phengsea1502 I used to have a similar problem with the bent wrist, try to isolate this in training and I'm sure the other problem will start to sort itself out as you'll produce more topspin rather than side spin. It may also be lack of hip drive.
