Gym exercises ---
- Isometric hold 10sec into box jump 4/5 sets
- Lunge walks 20kg bag - squat jump at the end 3/5 sets
- Smith machine half squats 10 4 sets
-Deadlift smith machine 10/12 reps 4 sets
- Adductor machine semi flex 7-8 reps then proper 7-8 reps 3 sets
