1:48 We do this so that we are more stable. It's also for power, if you look at all the hardest hitters, Gervonta Davis, Mike Tyson. The knockout artists, you notice they knock people out with their feet and not their arms. Sitting down on the legs *especially using glutes and quads* to put the power into punches. You kinda wanna twist your hips and push off your feet without letting your feet leave the ground. I saw you leaning forward and taking your backfoot off the ground to punch, thats bad for stability and a bad sign of poor footwork. When a boxer especially as tall as you and with long arms and legs, you kinda wanna put more wieght on that backfoot and not lean forward, if you wanna reach forward more just take a step with the lead foot or do a soviet pendulum step type of movement (bouncing movement). Also great job uploading these videos bro keep grinding.

it also helps us cover more ground so that when we get punched we arent knocked off balance. Like the roots of a tree. I gave you tons of advice on your earlier boxing videos. I'd go read my comments when you have the time. Your #1 priority right now should be getting a coach, having someone in person to instill those habits into you is what you need. Hope this helps!

Good on you mate. Though a bit of advice, touch your eyebrows/cheeks, throw, then straight back to touching your eyebrows/cheeks. You want to feel your gloves touching your face. Do this enough times and you will never lower your guard again
