Unfortunately the tm3dm8r is not include in there. Check if the m221 recognize the module also check the leds for a fault in the module
first all I will say good job sir, my question I have up grade the firmware M22. mfw Hardware ID is Green tick, Exec Version Number Yellow Tick, Controller State Green Tick after update I go to commissioning selecting M221 USB go online still I cant upload or Down load the programs to the Hardware or to my computer

Hi Jonathan, it could be that the driver were not installed during the installation of the software then i recommend you to perform another installation using admin rights. Another problem could be the cable that is not for data and it could only for charging so try with another cables.
If you have the project then you will need to inactive the project and application protection but in my experience i recommend you to have it so you can protect your IP (intellectual property)

If you forgot the uploading password (computer to plc) then i recommend you to download the program to the m221 again because as you mentioned you got the downloading password so i understand that you have the original program and modify the upload password (reading project). You can try to use a sd card with the “upload” syntax to retrieve the smbk project (please read the programming manual for the complete syntax) then you can try to read the file in the machine expert basic , if there is a problem using a sd card then you may receive that due to the password protection you are not able to use the sd card but you can try it.
