At 3:02 I think it will be like you can yransfer the training not the rank ups or else the rank up system will become useless and suddenly the price of base player will increase a lot. So acccording to me only training transfer will be there not the rank up transfer.

It's Probably Only Training Levels Transfers Bcz If It is Rank Transfer Then you Can Rank up Low Ovr Cards And Transfer Them To High Ovr Players And Everyone will Have Max Ranked high Ovr Card

@@ABELPLIER are u dumb or what ? do u understand how tf this game works ? UTOTS is only 98-99 ovr . So you must be a minimum 97 TOTS nominee card . Rudiger is 96, Rodrygo is 95, Raphin-ASS is 95, Alisson is 95 . Tell me how tf do you expect them to be in the UTOTS ? If it was my personal opinion, I would've put Rodrygo, Kroos & Rudiger in, but it doesn't work like that .
