Love seeing these guys have a laugh and bond together. I know elements might seem a little disrespectful, but you can tell that it's all in good fun and that Jesse really, really trained hard with these guys. They knew they were filming a fun video for RU-vid, they all had an awesome time and anything that gets more people checking out sumo is great. There are some awesome techniques and a lot of similar throws to no-gi Judo or other belt wrestling styles. Also, Yama's joke about teaching him how to ride a bike was gold. 😂👌

Russian and Hawaiian, USA respectively. _Maegashira_ *Yamamotoyama 277 kg (611 lb)* is the third heaviest pro sumo wrestler of all time and the heaviest Japanese person ever. The heaviest _Yokozuna's_ were _Yokozuna_ *Musashimaru 237 kg (522 lb)* and _Yokozuna_ *Akebono 236 kg (520 lb).* Both of them also are non Japanese born. American Samoan and Hawaiian, USA respectively. Key: - The weights are their heaviest peak weight. - In Italics are the ranks. From highest to lowest: 1. Yokozuna 2. Ozeki 3. Sekiwake 4. Komusubi 5. Maegashira The 5 of them are called Division Makuuchi (the top division of professional Sumo wrestling). There are 5 more lower divisions. The 6 divisions from highest to lowest are: 1. Makuuchi 2.
