Hi there it's been a while. This time I am here to stay The artist behind the comic / valdotpng / artdotpng www.valdotpng.tumblr.com www.patreon.com/valdotpng
Berdly showed everyone his Yu Gi Oh Cards! Everyone became tired. You tell Berdly to Flirt with the Enemy. "Uh? Flirt? What a great idea Kris! With my gorgeous looks and radiating charm, the enemy will surely-" Hearing all this, the enemy felt awkward and left.
Berdly’s better have a spell that is supposed to make the enemies names yellow, but when he first uses it, it instead turns it blue, and the description of the spell changes
That would get super overpowered with Noelle, since Sleep Mist is an AOE Pacify and if the "Berdly Spell" makes ALL of their names blue, it's a guaranteed turn 1 spare on any normal encounter
Actually that's be dope as hell. I'd imagine it'd turn ALL enemies' names blue, but trying to spare them would say *"[Enemy] is feeling uncomfortable."* The game would let them attack, and after their turn is over it says *"[Enemy] left while avoiding eye contact."* and they'd be spared, but not recruited. Best used for long group fights, but you get less rewards for using it.
Fighting ruddin: * Berdly shows his card collection to Ruddin! "Ah, so you like treasure? Then feast your eyes on this!" *Enemy became tired! Fighting hathy: * Berdly blew a kiss at Hathy! * Hathy ran away! Fighting werewire: * Berdly pulled werewire's wire hard! "I will free you!" * Werewire's plug loosened! (+50%) Fighting werewire: * Berdly attempted to pull off Werewerewire's plug! "I will free yo-" * Berdly was shaken off before he could make much progress! (+6%)
Berdly is the type of character to have an rng act that either tires a foe or enrages them and greatly raises their attack, this is also proceeded by a scene about him ranting about rng moves
My guess on how Lightner items in the dark world would work would be: if the items on you could have a history with other items, then they are worthy of being a darkener. This means long lasting furniture and toys restricted to a room can become darkeners and dark world set pieces. While items with no history or are disposable become actual items. Meaning Berdly's binder would be a dark world item and the cards could very well be people.
You can't just bring a random object into the dark world with you and expect it to become a darkner if that were the case Kris's phone would become a darkner.
@@nintendoboy3605 Oooh you bring up a good point. Most things don’t turn into a living creature, as a sword can be a pen or a dark crystal can be a piece of glass. That said we do see things like cards turn into darkners.
berdly: looks like hes got a lot of hp, miniboss status in dragon blazers, but that wont be a- jevil: WAIT, DID YOU SAY DRAGON BLAZERS, BLAZERS? berdly: yes, its a strategy game. jevil: IVE PLAYED THA GAME BEFORE, BEFORE! berdly: *GASP* really?! youre a gamer? jevil: MORE THAN VIDEO GAMES! berdly: nevertheless, i will test you in this game of skill! *berdly gets out his handheld copy of dragon blazers: the final frontier.* *jevil does the same.* *you have a feeling youre gonna be here for a while.*
so berdly is a character that gives me mixed feelings, HOWEVER. i love this concept of that he just bores everyone by talking about trading cards and kinda hope he becomes a party member at some point in later chapters XDDDDD)
My theory is that if an item can have history with other items, even if they're separated by a long gap: it becomes either a darkener or a set piece. So furniture and toys are likely to become either one. If an item wouldn't have history: it's a dark world item. So the binder will likely become a dark world item. The cards however...
Berdly --> Magic --> B-Action Berdly rambled about his Yu Gi Oh cards! The enemies became TIRED! "Wha- Kris! Why do they look like they're about to fall asleep!?"
With Berdly's skill in making enemies tired and Noelle's Sleep Mist, this is just more proof that Noelle and Berdly are a great duo, although a bit awkward.
After the game is completed, i hope the dojo gets a super hard boss gauntlet, where you fight every final and super boss all in one go, and you could even bring different party members
That would be cool considering that fighting dojo is the only place where attacking enemies has no consequences so you can test the equipment to prepare for bosses that you can attack without consequences and enemies that you can’t attack without consequences
It's ironic. Berdy is one of the few actually willing to do the violence, but on the route where you chose that path, he ends up on the chopping block to turn Noelle into an obedient killing machine.
