This is ace. Great to see Ricky in his element, interesting to see Dan learning new techniques with no ego. The depth and range of content that Dan has been able to put out since leaving the UFC gig is unreal. Goes to show they were holding him back!

Love seeing this exclusive training footage. Glad to see him picking Hatton and the Gym's brain. Beautiful to see the process and preparation that goes into these fights. Really gives you a dive into their everyday lives. And this is just footage we were able to see. Good luck to Dan and happy for him. You can tell more than anything, that he's enjoying himself. I love Dan Hardy. Just a big fan of his determination and honesty on this game. The grind and never quit attitude. I am Mexican and that’s something we live by. We die on that belief. His humbleness and humility are what I admire the most of Dan. I support him 100% and I hope he succeeds in all he wants to achieve

You guys are just casuals that started following combat sports five years ago. Dans reached heights that a very small population of the world will ever experience. I just respect what Dan has done and accomplished and also the entertainment that he’s given me through watching him fight over the length of his career. Always been a fan and got excited when Dan was on a card. None of you understand the difficulty of even preparing for an amateur fight let alone what it’s like to have 25 wins as a professional and have stood across the cage from some of the best of his era. If any of you watched his war room conversations you would know how intelligent Dan is when it comes to fighting IQ he’s analysis and breakdowns of fights is top notch. He may not be the best live fighting commentator because he’s so passionate about the sport and gets emotional in real time. Have some fucking respect and go accomplish something for yourself before you begin to diminish another mans accolades.

Amazing to see how clunky Dan is on something new. A top analyst and mma guy who's no stranger to combat sports, really taking the time to understand the difference and subtlety of the changes between throwing punches in mma and boxing. Even worse because if you take a new person and show them, they don't have 20 years of doing it differently that they have to unlearn and redrill. I loved that he asked to see someone else do it who knows what's going on so he could better get his head around it... there are somethings you need to feel, some you need to see and sometimes things you need to do or see done wrong to start to cement it.. refreshing you see a pro doing the same things as you do haha It's also got to be so hard to train for cause Diego isn't a boxer and you have no idea what he's doing to prepare and if he's doing the same, or he's gonna come with the bite down and swing mentality that he enjoys I really enjoyed this vid, great stuff thanks guys

great seeing the 'hitman' Hatton behind the scenes aswell, also a legend ! and looks like a cracking coach...hopefully campbell Hatton will find the strength within to avoid the takeaways and lager in between fight camps😅. I sometimes imagine a parallel universe with a ricky that had grilled chicken with rice and bottled water for his evening meals instead...

What a brilliant insight/ behind the scenes of training for cross over disciplines. Really interesting. Great to see Ricky looking trim and healthier... Hope he can continue this. However, at 43 it's not a great idea to be doing situps...it's the fast way to a bad back. Good luck, Ricky - train smart.

Crazy to see Dan who has a world.of knowledge about fighting. His fight break downs are like a science his fight iq is unreal and is also a legend with what he done for British mma but looks like a beginner here. Also good to see Hatton Sharpe and getting into shape.

It is interesting seeing MMA fighters struggle or find the fundamentals of boxing a bit alien to them as you would have thought it would be a natural thing. I boxed for years but say to mates no way would you see me trying MMA as would be useless. The stances are such a big difference

Man I was actually bit shocked to find out that Ricky is only 43, he looks about ten years older.. But I guess thats a common thing for fighters, all that crazy training just makes them age faster than normal people.
