Trains in Northern Meriden (and a close call) 

Here we are at a new spot just north of Meriden station off Old Colony Rd. Nearby is a dog park and lake with some nice views. It was a scorching day to say the least with usual train delays due to track warping and heat. We catch a northbound Valley Flyer followed by a southbound Vermonter No. 55 and another northbound CT Rail Hartford Line. Will be returning here very soon!
