At last, after several months of working, it's finally done! The long awaited Pack 13 is finally available! I would like to apologize for taking so long, life just got in my way of me making pack 13. It was very slow going, but it was all worth it!
Credits of these audio clips belong to their respectful owners.
Edit: If anyone asks why are some of the whistles are missing, a friend on Discord asked me to delete them due to the concern of the whistle kids making videos and sound effects without giving proper credit to the original owner. The reason why is really complicated. Sorry for the inconvenience, but it had to be done.
And as always if there are any whistles and horns I forgot to include, let me know in the comments below!

How do I put the whistles on my whistle? Do I do it in manage content?

No, you put the whistles on the locomotive. It’s not whistle-ception, all you have to do is open the config file for the whistle and then copy the kuid number and paste it on any locomotive you desire. That is, after you open the config for the locomotive and find the default horn sound kuid number for the locomotive. And then submit these edits by pressing Shift-Command-E (if you’re using a Mac product. The same should work for Windows products but I’m not a Windows person so I wouldn’t help you out much with that.

No there won’t be a part 2 with this one. Edit 7/9/2024: I might have to make an update version of this pack sometime, maybe after I reach 8k subscribers idk. Edit 9/16/24: Nevermind about the update, I have decided that I changed my mind that there really won’t be another part 2 for Pack 13.

Request for next pack:Nathan P3, but from Five Chime Consultants under the Airhorn Guide and specifically the Nathan P3 that’s the Greenbay and Western C-424 P3 sound and start the audio at around 0.09 in the audio sample.

That whistle of NP 2626/Timken 1111 (even though it's on SP&S 700) sounds amazing. I actually made my own whistle and bell of 2626, but the whistle is a distant whistle, not an up-close one like you did, and I haven't fixed the bell. However, I also made custom sound effects that are actual sound recordings of the actual Timken locomotive. It would've been neat to put my steam sound effects and your whistle together on the Trainz Forge Timken locomotive, but, sadly, it's no longer available. However, I did reskin a D&RGW 4-8-4 from the download station in order to make it look like NP 2626, and I'll see if I can make my reskin available for all to see. Also, is that model of SP&S 700 still available? I've been looking everywhere for it.

I do want to know if the CPR 2317 whistles were some of those that you needed to delete. Even if they weren’t I can understand why their not done, cuz I tried doing my own and it was too much a fight for me. Especially with my slowass PC

No the 2317 whistles were never in Pack 13 to begin with, so you don’t have to worry about them since they’re in a previous pack.

Does Trainz come with a whistle pack or you can import audios into whistles?

It comes in a whistle pack. You can’t just simply get the audio files and slap them onto the trains that easily. If you have whatever version of Trainz Simulator (I recommend either 2019 or 2022) it should work out fine even with some assets with png files. They won’t work while using TANE and lower.

There is 4 things wrong with the 2816! First of all, It's wheels has a white lining, Second of all, 2816 has a extra light at the front, Third of all, the railings are White and Fourth of all, The tender is Red, yellow, And BLACK! Trainz needs to be careful with those models!

That was because I DON’T have a real model of the 2816! I had to use K&L Trainz’s G2 Pacific model for substitute until a PROPER 2816 model gets released on Trainz Forge, but it’s taking WAY too long! And last, it’s not the game that needs to be careful, it’s the modelers! Actual content creators who do NOT waste their time and energy bashing other content creators on RU-vid. And be careful of what? Stealing? Plagiarism? Be more realistic! Also the blue boiler variant is my personal reskin so do not ask for it.
