She did deserve more from Adrien but I also feel like Adrien also tried his best. 1personally I don't hate Kagami, I just partly dislike her a bit and no not bc of ships, and honestly even though I feel like Adrinette is the PERFECT ship, I don't mind Adrigami or Lukanette if it were to happen as it is what the characters are meant to be happy for then that's fine with me, anyways the reason why Is Kagami was a little harsh towards Adrien when they were dating.

I hate the fact that people make Kagami mean or rude - she broke up with the person she truly loved and still shipped adrienette. Kagami is nice not rude

Don’t get me wrong I like Adrien but... Adrien was a legit traitor, it really fits the situation in Adrigami, Cat Noir (Adrien) was flirting with Ladybug and it wasn’t right and there was while a relationship, Kagami deserved better. Plus the hate she got was unnecessary so if your reading this and you ever hated on Kagami cause she ruined Adrienette only temporarily, you can’t just do that cause everyone knows including the ones who just started to watch the show know that Mari and Adrien are going to end up together so why the hate? (I ship Adrienette so don’t get me wrong). And if your going to pull the “she’s mean” or “she’s a brat” card to Marinette (and others), well she had so much character development in Mr Pigeon 72, so the hate is actually very BUT VERY UNNECESSARY. And when she was mean in Season 3 it’s cause she was misunderstood and Marinette didn’t like her anyways and she doesn’t have the best reason, I’m not trying to change your mind but Kagami did deserve better, Adrien was a traitor. Plus the sad thing is that we don’t even know if Adrien actually liked Kagami, plus all the sacrifices Kagami needed to do to just see Adrien was just wasted on them breaking up on the second episode of Season 4 (as well as Lukanette), it’s just very sketchy, plus in Gang Of Secrets (the next episode after Lies), Cat Noir took Ladybug to the movies and tried to do that hand thing in her shoulder (it’s a kiss move), and like Gang of Secrets was the next episode after Lies it was just very sad, now that’s proof that Adrien actually never liked Kagami. (we know that Cat Noir / Adrien likes Ladybug and always did, but cmon? After the breakup of Lies and then Gang of Secrets comes and then Cat Noir moves on so quickly? You can tell that Kagami actually loved Adrien, this is sad...
I 100% agree I like adrien and Mari but they really did both kagami and luka dirty they basically used them just to date someone when Mari was with luka she still was obsessed with adrien and when adrien was with kagami he still was obsessed with ladybug

To all the people disrespecting Kagami, may I mention that Adrien was her first real friend. She liked him and when he started lying to her she felt betrayed and I feel we can all understand that. Now that she has Marinette as a friend, she's so supportive of adrienette because she's moved on from Adrien, they are no longer as close as they used to be! I honestly feel awful for Kagami because she was treated super unfairly!:((
(Warning this is a long comment and is not meant to attack anyone and is just an opinion and my thoughts wanted to be shared) I mean that is true but I feel like it's Adrien's personality plus imagine if he said that he was dating someone to ladybug, maybe the show was trying to make people not have another reason why they should know each other's identities. I'm not against Adrigami or Adrinet or any of that but the thing is that's partly Adrien's personality to be funny. Sometimes people mistake funny for flirty at times. Also Adrien might not see it as Flirty as he has done Flirty like things towards Marinette but only thinks of her as a friend. Also you might want to think about the fact that we can't really assume Adrien's personality of what he considers what because it's like when Kagami didn't see Adrien with a funny cat pose as himself and said it's not him at all when it partly is actually kind of him. Now of course you could say "If he were to kiss ladybug and he didn't count that as flirting that doesn't mean it isn't" yes that's true but that's also partly the French things BUT BUT BUT I would consider that as flirting but the way chat noir flirts I feel is kind of funny yet sweet but also something that's a normal thing as himself. (Edit : Another reason why I say this and a thought I have is a different situation but it's like Lila, most people hate he or dislike her character even though she makes the show a bit more interesting as a protagonist and might have a sad backstory, maybe not but you never know)

Tbh, this song really fits with Kagami’s life, I mean when she was dating Adrien, whenever they hang out adrien always leaves her! Don’t get me wrong, it’s not Adrien’s fault that he has to go save Paris with his lady, but Kagami doesn’t know that and doesn’t deserve her relationship being a lie. Because she even misunderstood Adrien and when she saw the chain that Marinette gave him, she thought he was cheating on her. And Kagami doesn’t deserve that pain.. But of course, definitely the song doesn’t describe every detail of Kagami’s life because she’s not emotional. She’s actually very confident and doesn’t hold on to the past for very long. And in the end her seeing Marinette happy with Adrien made her feel positive and that’s why I’m happy that Kagami was back to her old self again :)
I adore this AMV, it does Kagami justice and shows that Adrien did her dirty in Lies. Adrien never had his attention on Kagami or loved her even a fraction that she adored him, she loved him so deeply and defied her strict mother just to spend more time with him. And he had his eyes on Ladybug and Marinette the entire time. All of Olivia Rodrigo's songs fit Kagami perfectly. Poor girl was strung along and had her heart broken.

Kagami is such a good character I hate how people hate her just for dating Adrien. Like I feel like it was Adrien's fault they broke up but at the same time I felt like it wasn't because Kagami was the only one who actually was in the relationship and he was all like "Ah, Ladybug."
