In this video I give my general first impressions of the lovely Trakke Bannoch Cobra Edition backpack. The backpack is handmade in Scotland and is one of the nicer feeling backpacks on planet earth! Not meant to be a review, more like a first impressions. Enjoy!

I’ve just received a Bannoch with the older buckles from a fellow Carryology member. This bag will bump my bullets for EDC for now, it’s already successfully brought a grocery order home. It came with a matching sternum strap which I probably will not use. Time will tell, but so far so good.

Thanks for the quick look! Great bag, I have he regular buckle version. I wish I had the cobra version, but it is certainly still usable with the regular metal buckles. Sometimes the cobra buckles can be a pain too since they are designed to not unlatch when there is any pressure on them. Do you have a affiliate link for the Nedrello? As much as you show it in your videos they should give you some kickback :) Considering getting one, but might have to get the larger size. I have a Tom Bihn Cache, but those magnets and the wool look like they would be more useful. I hadn't thought about the extra protection that you get with them until this video. Cheers!

My man! Finally!! Such a lovely lovely bag. Have you ever owned a Waterfield bag? To me trakke and waterfield have those really sweet modern old world bags.

I would loveeeeeee to try a bolt one day man. And I think this video was made 90 percent because of your persistence. I broke a light before filming and thought I must persevere for Jason haha.

The Jansport Hatchet has 2 pockets in a similar flap pouch opening thing like this one. It's super cool! Cause it's sorta hidden in plain sight.

Sounds awesome haha. I was an Eastpak kid growing up. Was thinking of trying to find the best current bags from Eastpak and Jansport and doing a show down haha.

Ironically they aren't really budget here in Korea. The Eastpak I used years ago is like 130 new here. Nuts!

Awesome. I agree about that top quick grab pocket. Evnetually, they will adjust just as GR has done. Question: what is the GR2 doing on SCARS?

Yep there will be a video kinda explaining the process and showing what was done. Aside from one thing I'm not positive I can really talk about yet but we will see!
