The best CNC project I have seen so far. So much precision and accuracy that I wouldn't need especially while milling foam. I wish I could have your plans to build one exactly like yours. With your modified brackets.

There's another video on my channel where I build the whole thing, and there's a link in that description to a page with the FreeCAD file, a little bit of instructions, and the DXF files for plasma cutting. Maybe I can link to that page in this comment: whitman.tech/ferrouscnc The only different between the original brackets and these brackets is that I changed the cuts to be little edge tabs instead of a big slot through the center. A quick fix for you or whoever will do the plasma cutting. Thanks for watching!
