Looks great on a map and there are some good modernization efforts, but we tried the Wroclaw trams a week ago, and we found them rather inefficient. They still need a lot of improvements : - No map displayed at the stops - Pannels only indicate line numbers, not the headings - This info is given by dynamic panels, but some don't work - Only one tramway type is 100% low-floor, and the interior looks clumsy - Very very slow in many parts (long waiting times at red lights, tramway jams in overloaded sections) - One one tramway the door didn't open (broken), we tried to rush to another door to alight (but not too fast because of stairs and our child), and the driver didn't care, just shut the door in front of us, and we missed our stop. - The areas around some stations are pedestrian unfriendly - The double-length platforms sound like a good idea (two trams can stop at the same time, one behind the other), but then the second tram needs to stop again at the front of the platform. So, stopping twice at the same station is quite inefficient... We used the tramways daily, during 3 days. We also used them in Krakow and they were more efficient. Also, at Plac Grunwaldski, we boarded a tram, and it remained stuck there for more than 5 minutes, we don't even know why.

Great content! Fun fact - there are also few touristic lines that use beautiful historic trams, that weren't mentioned in the video. Last week MPK Wroclaw announced some changes in communication, that will come in effect on September. They simplified the naming of some trams, added few and removed the 0L and 0P lines.

The Polish Ł is pronounced like an English W, not a V. It was originally a dark English L.
