Trams of Blackpool, believed to be filmed in 1990 (due to a bus advert, advertising the "new sealife centre", which opened in 1990).
This was a VHS I got years ago for 50p, I've since converted it to a DVD, then as a media file. So I believe some quality has been lost, not that there was much quality there in the first place.
It does seem like a very amateurish video.
